Jerome R. Pietras, D.O., F.A.C.O.S.
Dr. Pietras received his bachelor's degree in 1968 from Long Island University-Brooklyn College of Pharmacy. He received his medical degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences-College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa.
He completed his residency in general surgery at Cherry Hill Medical Center in 1974 and Urologic Surgery at Kennedy Memorial Hospital in 1980. He also completed rotations at Hahnemann University Hospital and Children's Hospital in Philadelphia as well as Sloan Kettering Memorial Cancer Institute in New York.
Dr. Pietras has been a practicing urologist since 1980 and is board certified in urological surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons (F.A.C.O.S.). His specialties include urological surgery, urological oncology (cancer-related) surgery, microsurgery (including vasectomy reversal), laparoscopic surgery, and conventional and laparoscopic hernia repairs.
He has been Program Director of the Urological Surgery Residency Training Program at Kennedy Health Systems from 1995 to the present time and Section Head of the Department of Urology at Kennedy Health System, Stratford Campus.
Robert I. Barsky, D.O., F.A.C.O.S.
A graduate of George Washington University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Dr. Barsky has been a practicing urologist since 1986. He received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1981 and completed a residency in General Surgery in 1983 and Urological Surgical Residency in 1986 at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
Dr. Barsky is board certified in Urological Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons (F.A.C.O.S.). His specialties include general urology, endourology, and the management and treatment of stone disease.
Dr. Barsky's professional involvements include past president of the Urology Society of New Jersey, Chair of the Urology Section Academy of Medicine, Medical Director of the Mid-Atlantic Stone Center, Chief of the Department of Surgery at Kennedy Health System, Washington Township Campus, as well as committee and board involvement at Kennedy Health System.
David O. Sussman, D.O., F.A.C.O.S.
Dr. Sussman is a board certified urologic surgeon and is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons (F.A.C.O.S.). He is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College in 1979 and the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1985. He completed his General Surgery residency and Urologic Surgery residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1991.
In addition to general urology, Dr. Sussman's specific areas of expertise include female urology, incontinence, and male infertility.
Dr. Sussman is a clinical associate professor of the Department of Surgery, Division of Urology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and has served as past Chief of Staff at Kennedy Health System. He is Head of Urology at Kennedy Health System, Washington Township Campus. Among many other involvements, he is past president of the urology section of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and Section Head of Female Urology.
Marcella M. Nachmann, D.O., F.A.C.O.S.
Dr. Nachmann has been a practicing urologist since 1998. She is board certified in urology and a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons (F.A.C.O.S). She graduated from New York University in 1987 and the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1991. She completed her General Surgery residency at St Barnabas Hospital in New York and her Urological Surgery residency in 1998 at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
In addition to general urology, Dr. Nachmann's areas of expertise include female urology, pelvic floor dysfunction, female sexual health, oncologic (cancer-related) urology, laparoscopic and endourologic surgery.
Dr. Nachmann is a clinical associate professor at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
Dr. Cerone is a board certified urologic surgeon who graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1974. He completed his general surgery and Urological Surgery residency programs in 1984 at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
Dr. Cerone has authored several scientific publications and is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and the American Osteopathic Association.
He has been a practicing urologist since 1984 and in addition to general urology his areas of urologic expertise include treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlarged prostate gland) with TUNA, Targis, TURP, and HOLAP procedures.
Dr. Brown received his undergraduate degree from Boston University. He received his medical degree from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-SOM. He completed his general surgery residency and urologic oncology residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-SOM in 2004. He recently completed a Urology Fellowship at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas in June of 2007.
Dr. Brown has authored numerous publications and his professional memberships include the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, American Society of Clinical Oncologists, and American Association for Cancer Research.
In addition to general urology, Dr. Brown's specific area of expertise is in oncologic (cancer-related) urology and surgery.
Timothy R. Weimer, Jr., R.N.M.S.N., F.N.P.C.
Timothy Weimer received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in May of 2000. He completed his Masters of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Rutgers University in 2003.
His clinical experience includes Liver Transplant/Liver Surgery Nurse Practitioner at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Nursing Instructor at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center, Urgent Care at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Emergency Department, Family Practice, Women's Health, ICU Registered Nurse including SICU, MICU, NICU, and CCU as well as Critical Care. He is BLS, ACLS, and Trauma certified.
